Before becoming a real estate agent, I obtained a bachelor's degree in Business Hospitality Management. This background provides me with excellent interpersonal skills that I believe have transferred well into real estate. I have lived in Gig Harbor all my life, I  enjoy a happy and healthy lifestyle. I love to work out, play any type of sport, spend time in the great outdoors, and hang out with good company. I'm married to my lovely wife  Veronica and we have 2 pups at home!

To me, guiding someone through the intricate journey of selling or buying a home is more than a job; it's a deeply personal experience. Having been on the other side of real estate transactions, I understand the financial and emotional stakes involved, and that understanding has become the cornerstone of my approach.

Over the past 14 years, I've not just closed transactions but built relationships, securing over multi million in sales and navigating 2000 transactions with Team Aro/Windermere. I've tirelessly honed my skills to ensure both buyers and sellers feel secure.

What matters most to me is making sure my clients’ transactions go smoothly and close. I take the time to understand their desires, ensuring every transaction yields the best possible outcome. With 11 years of hands-on experience in new construction, I've worked closely with builders, navigated local agencies, and understand what is required to develop raw land. I played a key role in completing a 12-home plat, providing a unique perspective on building homes from the ground up. This practical experience enhances my ability to guide clients through all aspects of the real estate process, making me well-equipped to handle diverse challenges in the industry.

Before real estate became my calling, I served as a paralegal in southern California and proudly stood beside my spouse in the Air Force, experiencing real estate in 7 states over 16 years. Now, as a 19 year resident of Gig Harbor, these experiences have shaped my professional perspective. Each lesson learned and every challenge faced has become a guiding force as I assist clients, approaching each transaction with dedication as if it were my own.

In an ever-changing market, it is important to find an agent who does more than open a door for you!  Carly has the unique advantage of helping clients using not only her own knowledge and expertise, but the 40+ years of experience her team provides as well! She is a Gig Harbor native and helps clients navigate the area with the ease that only comes once you have gotten to know a city on a very personal level.

Q: What can clients expect when they work with you? What is your style?

A: My first priority is to add value to every transaction; everyone has access to websites like Zillow now, which give people so much more power to investigate their market on their own! They need a professional to provide the rest, the intangibles they may not even realize they need. My goal is to provide as much knowledge and guidance as possible so that each and every client has the best outcome! 

My second priority is to make the experience as fun and stress free as it can be. I love getting to know people, finding out their interests, and having a good laugh!  My clients often feel comfortable enough to text me any time, with any thoughts, interests, or concerns they may have, and I answer them the way I would my own family member.

Q: Why do you love selling in Gig Harbor?

A: I love to sell what I know! I have sold in several surrounding cities as well, which has been awesome, but Gig Harbor is my home base. I have seen it develop and grow over the years, have experienced several of the schools, and have come to get a great feel for the different neighborhoods! Gig Harbor has such a nice small-town, close knit community vibe, while also providing awesome amenities, food, and culture.

West Coast Roots

I lived in Southern California for the first 19 years of my life. Moving up to the Pacific Northwest was not ideal for me at first, but the longer I stayed here, the more I fell in love with the area. I have lived in Gig Harbor for 10 years.

I have a beautiful daughter who is 7 years old, and a son who is under a year. After having my daughter, I went back to school and graduated with my Bachelors degree in Communications in 2016.
